Placing Orders: You may place your order by phone or by way of order form. If using the order
           form, please include method of payment. If using the order form and paying by credit card
           please include the credit card number, expiration date, name on card, billing zip code and
           the three digit CVV number on the back of the card. Please also include your telephone
           in case if we need to contact you for any reason.
           Phone orders may be placed between the hours of 7:00am and 11:00pm EST by calling us
           at 352-861-1491. If there is no answer, please leave a message and we will return your call
           as soon as possible. Be aware that this is a working farm and there may be times we are out
           with the birds or running errands.

Shipping Charges: We know that shipping charges are getting out of hand. Therefore,
            we will ship your order by the most cost efficient way. In most cases, we will ship
            USPS Parcel Post. On small orders, it may be more cost effective to ship Priority
            Mail Flat Rate. If you wish to have your package shipped by another method, please
            let us know at time of ordering. Most product can be shipped world wide and we are
            happy to do so. Regular international rates will apply.

Damaged Goods: Inspect your goods carefully on arrival. If damaged, Contact us within
           3 days and please save the box it was shipped in.

Return Policy: Your business is appreciated. If you are not completely satisfied with an item,
          simply return the item with the original invoice within 10 days and it will be refunded,
          replaced or exchanged for you. This does not include shipping and handling charges.
          Books, CD’s, videos and vaccines are not returnable. Items showing signs of use are
          subject to a 20% restocking fee.
