Paying By Paypal: If you choose to pay by Paypal, please indicate on your order form
             that you are paying by Paypal and include your Paypal address. Send us your
             order form and we will post a funds requested to your Paypal account. Product
             will be shipped after your payment is posted as cleared.

Shipping Charges: We know that shipping charges are getting out of hand. Therefore,
            we will ship your order by the most cost efficient way. In most cases, we will ship
            UPS ground. On small, light weight orders we may, at our choice, ship by USPS
            Parcel Post. UPS now figures shipping charges by the dimensions of the box, not
            the actual weight, therefore, weights shown are dimensional weights. When
            figuring your shipping, please refer to the charts on the next two Pages. Large
            items will be shipped separately and large orders may be shipped in multiple
            boxes and therefore may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified if
            any additional shipping charges apply. Please contact us for shipping to Canada,
        Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Damaged Goods: Inspect your goods carefully on arrival. If damaged, Contact us within
           3 days and please save the box it was shipped in.

Return Policy: Your business is appreciated. If you are not completely satisfied with an item,
          simply return the item with the original invoice within 10 days and it will be refunded,
          replaced or exchanged for you. This does not include shipping and handling charges.
          Books, CD’s, videos and vaccines are not returnable. Items showing signs of use are
          subject to a 20% restocking fee.
